Participants will build skills necessary to find employment such as interviewing/mock interviews, role playing, job search skills, performing job tasks, rights of an employee, etc. Participants will investigate, discuss, and practice specific job functions and duties associated with a variety of types of employment and how those job functions could be modified to meet an ADA accommodation.

Mock job set-ups
- Job and volunteer opportunity exploration: ex. Food Bank- sort food items, box food, tape boxes, prepare boxes for delivery. Another example is Post office- stuff envelopes, put stamps on mail, prepare to be mailed.
